Amanda's yoga classes emphasize the development of breath awareness, improvement and maintenance of flexibility, balance, strength and alignment priciples. She performs a dynamic flow of sun salutations for cardiovascular endurance, sequences that challenge, promote balance and health, and invite exploration. Students are encouraged to listen to their body, adapt the postures to their needs and explore their limits without exceeding them. There is no competition. The intention is to gradually work towards your own personal goals which greatly vary from person to person. By the end of the class you will feel rejuvenated and peaceful.

Amanda also creates personalized training programs tailored to an individuals specific needs. Whether you workout from home or in a gym your program will be designed for your unique goals.

Private Classes:

Private classes are tailored to the needs of the individual or couple. Some are looking for an introduction, a more peaceful and meditative pracitce or even a more challenging one on one session. Often yoga and personal training are given in combination. Muscle toning, strength building and cardiovascular activity are very important for overall health goals. Yoga and strength training complement each other in order to achieve maximum benefit.

Corportate Yoga and Personal Training - Health Program:

Yoga helps correct pain due to bad postures at work. It is a great way to help with productivity and focus. The combination of both yoga and personal training will create a peaceful and energized work environment by releasing unwanted tensions and stress.
